MEJ-FMC400 Low Conductivity Electromagnetic flow meter is a professional flow measurement equipment developed to address the measurement challenges of low conductivity fluids. Through special sensor design and signal processing technology, it breaks through the limitations of traditional electromagnetic flowmeters on fluid conductivity.

MEJ-FMC400 Low Conductivity Electromagnetic flow meter still follows Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, but uses higher sensitivity electrodes and stronger excitation systems to ensure stable and measurable weak electromotive force can be induced even when the fluid conductivity is low to the critical value. With advanced signal amplification, filtering, and anti-interference algorithms, it accurately extracts flow signals. ​

The core advantage of this flowmeter lies in its excellent adaptability to low conductivity fluids, which can stably and accurately measure media that are difficult to accurately measure with traditional instruments, such as deionized water, organic solvents, and some petroleum products; The measurement accuracy can reach ± 0.5% – ± 1%, and the range ratio is wide, covering from small flow rates to large flow rates; Simultaneously possessing strong anti-interference ability, effectively resisting the influence of external electromagnetic interference and fluid fluctuations, ensuring the reliability of measurement data.
