Measuring principle:
MEJ-LDG Stainless steel body electromagnetic flowmeter is a high-precision flow measurement instrument designed and manufactured based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which occupies an important position in the field of industrial fluid measurement. Its core structure is made of stainless steel as the valve body material, and with the excellent physical and chemical properties of stainless steel, it lays the foundation for the stable operation and wide application of instruments.
The working principle of this flowmeter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid cuts the magnetic field lines generated by the excitation system at an average flow rate v in a measuring tube, an induced electromotive force E is generated. The induced electromotive force is extracted through a pair of electrodes installed on the inner wall of the measuring tube, and then amplified, filtered, and processed by a signal converter to convert the flow signal into a standard electrical signal output, thereby achieving accurate measurement of fluid flow rate.
