Accurate measurement:
Based on the principle of fluorescence quenching, it can accurately determine the dissolved oxygen concentration of 0-20mg/L (or 0-20ppm), with a measurement accuracy of ± 3%, and can stably output reliable data in different water environments.
Quick response:
Without preheating, it can quickly respond to changes in dissolved oxygen in water, and can output effective measurement results in as fast as 15 seconds (T90), meeting the high real-time requirements of application scenarios.
Easy to maintain:
The membrane free design eliminates the need for frequent membrane replacement or electrolyte replenishment. Daily maintenance only requires simple rinsing and wiping of the sensor, greatly reducing maintenance costs and workload.
Strong anti-interference ability:
The measurement process is not affected by chemical substances such as sulfides and heavy metals in the water, and will not be affected by low or no water flow velocity, ensuring measurement accuracy even under complex water quality conditions.
Good stability:
The improved sensing membrane minimizes sensor drift and maintains stable performance even after long-term storage or placement in humid environments. It can operate continuously and stably in the temperature range of 0-45 ℃.
Accurate temperature compensation:
Built in high-precision temperature detection component (NTC 10k or PT1000 optional), real-time monitoring of water temperature and automatic temperature compensation, reducing measurement errors caused by temperature fluctuations.
Convenient communication:
Supports Modbus RTU communication protocol, with multiple baud rate options such as 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, etc. The data bits are 8-bit, with no checksum and 1 stop bit, making it easy to integrate with various data acquisition and control systems, achieving fast data transmission and remote monitoring.
High protection level:
The protection level reaches IP 68/NEMA 6P, which can effectively prevent dust and water. The main material is SUS 316L+PVC (ordinary version) or titanium alloy (seawater version), and the O-ring is PPS+fiberglass, which can adapt to harsh working environments such as sewage treatment plants, seawater monitoring and other scenarios.
