When you purchase automation instruments from Mejor, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your instruments are covered by our standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.

1. What is covered by this Warranty?

This limited warranty covers product defective or non-conforming to the order.

2. What is Not Covered?

1) This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
2) This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Mejor to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

3. Type of Warranty Service

Free Repair: We provide free repair services for the failure products due to manufacturing or material defects.
Free Replacement: If a product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we may provide a replacement service.

4. Extended Warranty

The warranty period can be extended upon the request of clients, for example 18 months, or 24 months, 36 months. Mejor should be noticed in advance for extension requirement before the commercial negotiation.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Only Products that are defective or non-conforming to the order may be returned with prior authorization from Mejor. Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect the items and evaluate their condition. We will then proceed with the resolution according to you preferred choice (replacement, or credit)

6. Other Services

Mejor also provides support and services in the locally for special orders.
Lifetime technical support service via phone or email, our support team can assist with installation, troubleshooting, and general questions.
