Intro to MEJ-DO7013 Electrochemical dissolved oxygen sensor

The MEJ-DO7013 electrochemical dissolved oxygen sensor has many advantages, as follows:

Strong data stability and anti-interference ability:

Adopting an isolated power supply design, it effectively reduces the impact of external interference on data, ensures data stability, and can work stably in complex electromagnetic environments with many interference sources, outputting accurate measurement data.

Good reliability and long-term stability:

With mature sensor manufacturing processes, every step from material selection to assembly is strictly controlled, resulting in high product reliability. When working continuously for a long time, it can also maintain good performance and stable measurement results.

It is suitable for scenarios that require long-term monitoring of dissolved oxygen in water quality, such as large reservoirs and lakes.

Digital interface for convenient communication:

Equipped with a standard RS485 digital interface and supporting Modbus RTU protocol, it facilitates communication with the upper computer. Users can easily connect it to the automated monitoring system to achieve remote data transmission and control, facilitating remote management and centralized monitoring.

In modern smart water management systems, data can be quickly uploaded to the monitoring center through this interface, making it convenient for management personnel to monitor water quality in real time.

Automatic compensation function:

Dissolved oxygen DO supports automatic temperature, manual atmospheric pressure, and seawater salinity compensation. The temperature compensation range is 0.0-60.0 ℃, which can adapt to measurements under different water temperature environments and reduce the influence of temperature on dissolved oxygen measurement results;

The atmospheric pressure compensation range is 600.0-800.0 mmHg, and the seawater salinity compensation range is 0-40.0 ppt.

The compensation parameters can be manually set according to the actual measurement environment’s pressure and salinity, making the measurement results more accurate.

Whether in high-altitude water bodies or in seawater and freshwater environments with different salinities, dissolved oxygen content can be accurately measured.

High measurement accuracy:

The resolution can reach 0.01mg/L, which can accurately capture subtle changes in dissolved oxygen (DO) values in aqueous solution systems with an error of less than 0.5mg/L.

It provides reliable data support for water quality monitoring and helps to detect abnormal fluctuations in water quality in a timely manner.

Wide applicability:

Widely used in aquaculture to help farmers understand the dissolved oxygen in water and ensure the healthy growth of aquatic organisms; It also performs well in water quality testing, information data collection, and IoT water quality testing, which can meet the needs of different industries for dissolved oxygen measurement.

Strong environmental adaptability:

The temperature adaptation range is -20~60 ° C, and it can work normally in various complex temperature environments. Whether it is winter outdoor water monitoring in cold regions or high-temperature industrial wastewater treatment scenarios, it can operate stably.

Powered by a 12V DC power supply, with a power consumption of 30mA @ 12 VDC, the power requirements are not strict and it is easy to use under different power supply conditions.
