Measuring principle:
MEJ-LDG Remote type electromagnetic flowmeter based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, when a conductive liquid moves in the direction perpendicular to the magnetic field lines along a measuring tube in an alternating magnetic field, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic field lines and generates an induced potential. A pair of electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic field lines. The electrodes detect the induced potential generated, which is proportional to the flow rate. By measuring the induced potential, the flow rate through the sensor can be derived.
Structural composition of the MEJ-LDG Remote type electromagnetic flowmeter:
1.Sensors: mainly composed of measuring tubes, excitation systems, electrodes, etc. The measuring tube is the flow channel of the measured medium, the excitation system is used to generate an alternating magnetic field, and the electrodes are responsible for detecting the induced potential.
2.Converter: Its function is to convert the electrical signal sent by the sensor into a digital signal after internal processing, achieve flow measurement, and perform functions such as data processing, display, storage, and transmission.
